Multicut spiral cutters
Description
Cutter with n.16 fractioned cutting wings in Hc (brazed tungsten carbide), on a spiral design. Execution with chip-breaker tips positioned on an only starting helix. Innovative cutter, thanks to the rounded body shape, and the top quality Hc (brazed tungsten carbide) grant: * very high advancing speed (40 m/min) * longer resistence to wear (about 30% more with respect to the standard multicut spiral cutters) * better removal of the material * easier split of chip. Recommended for extraordinary feed speed, excellent removal, medium finishing, avoiding chippings, even in against wood grain working. Suitable on soft, hard woods and glued panels.
Variants
